BizOne Introduces Population Forecast as a Service

In the coming years, we will be faced with major demographic challenges, which means that municipalities will require as much information as possible to predict the needs of schools, preschools, elderly care facilities and much more. In order to be able to plan for the long term, we believe that in addition to good forecasting, an easy-to-use interface is also essential.

To meet these demands, BizOne has developed a completely new solution based on Advanced Machine Learning in combination with best practices in usability, to make forecasts available in a way that allows the Swedish municipality authorities analyze population changes. The solution has been developed in cooperation with scientists from the University of Uppsala, master’s dissertation students from The Royal Institute of Technology and several municipalities.

We offer the solution as a SaaS (Solution as a Service), which means that there is no need to install any software yourself and you will benefit from improvements suggested and prioritized by existing users continuously. The solution combines Microsoft Azure with Microsoft Power BI providing the user interface, which is one of the markets safest and best solutions (as awarded by Gartner).
